This course provides confined space training for personnel who will act as entrants, attendants, and supervisors in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.146 (g). The training includes, but is not limited to, the following information:

• Identification of Confined Space
  
• Hazards of Confined Space
  
• Entry Programs
  
• Preparation Procedures
  
• Atmospheric Monitoring
  
• Emergency Procedures
  

*Training of rescue personnel, as required by the OSHA Permit Required Confined Space Standard, is not covered in this course. In addition, personnel using respiratory protection in confined space entries must also receive training in accordance with OSHA Respiratory Protection Standard.
