KTA is recruiting for CWIs nationwide to fulfill future assignments. This position is open to all candidates with the following qualifications:

Education and Experience:
· High School diploma or equivalent experience
· Current CWI certification
· Bridge fabrication experience required
· UT, PT, RT, MT Level II preferred
· Prior painting and blasting experience preferred
· Construction experience preferred

Knowledge/Abilities/Skills:
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Decision making skills
· Reliable transportation
· Valid driver's license
· Good penmanship
· Good MSWord and MSExcel skills preferred
· Coatings industry practice, construction management, environmental and safety regulations knowledge preferred

Physical Requirements:
· Close, distance, depth vision and ability to adjust focus
· Willingness to travel extensively and ability to work outside (including inclement weather)
