William D. Corbett is the Vice President and Professional Services Group Manager for KTA-Tator, Inc. He holds an A.D. in Business Administration from Robert Morris University and has been employed by KTA for over 33 years. Mr. Corbett is an SSPC Certified Protective Coatings Specialist, an SSPC Level 3 Certified Protective Coatings Inspector, an SSPC Level 2 Certified Bridge Coatings Inspector and a NACE International Level 3 Certified Coatings Inspector. He was the co-recipient of the SSPC 1992 Outstanding Publication Award, co-recipient of the 2001 JPCL Editor’s Award, received SSPC’s Coatings Education Award in 2006, and the SSPC 2011 John D. Keane Award of Merit. He is the author of the first, second and third editions of the KTA publication, Using Coatings Inspection Instruments. He also authored Chapter 8 of the SSPC Inspection of Coatings and Linings Handbook and co-authored Chapter 6, “Inspection” of the Steel Structures Painting Manual, Volume 1, Good Painting Practice. Kathy Memmo – Senior Administrative Assistant

Kathy Memmo is the Senior Administrative Assistant for KTA’s Professional Services Group. In this capacity, she serves as an internal client liaison working with over a dozen KTA professionals to generate, format, assemble and deliver a large volume of proposals and technical reports to clients. She is also responsible for training and supervising other professional group administrative support staff. She has been employed by KTA for over 12 years in a variety of key administrative positions including senior marketing assistant and manager of KTA’s nationwide trade show program. Ms. Memmo is a graduate of the ICM School of Business and has taken various courses in data processing. She is experienced in the use of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Kim Werry – Senior Administrative Assistant

Kim Werry is a Senior Administrative Assistant for the Laboratory Services Department at KTA where she has been employed for 6 years. In this position, she devotes the majority of her efforts assisting the Physical and Analytical Laboratory chemists with generating, formatting, assembling and distributing a large volume of proposals and technical reports to clients. Additionally, Kim supervises laboratory clerical personnel and recommends changes to Department policies and procedures. Prior to joining KTA, Kim served as an administrative assistant for Huntingdon County Child & Adult Development for 7 years. Kim is highly experienced in the use of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Debbie Morelli – Administrative Assistant

Debbie Morelli is an Administrative Assistant for the Professional Services Group at KTA where she has been employed for 4 years. In this position, she assists the Training Services Manager with the preparation and execution of all on-site training programs. This includes formatting proposals, assembling training materials, training room set-up, and other duties as requested. Debbie also serves as an administrative back-up to other Professional Services departments for preparation of client deliverables (i.e., reports, proposals). Prior to this assignment, she served as a part-time Clerk to all KTA departments. Debbie is experienced in the use of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
