Matt Fajt is KTA’s new Manager of the Instrument Sales Business Unit.  Matt is supervisor to a staff of experienced instrument sales representatives who assist customers with purchase and/or rental of coating inspection instruments and standards from leading manufacturers and organizations in the industry.  This includes inventory management, quality assurance issues, calibration services, repair services, and shipping of instruments.  He is responsible for developing and expanding the Instrument Department’s client base (U.S. and international sales).  He also maintains KTA’s on-line instrument catalog (www.ktagage.com), handles special customer requests, represents KTA at trade shows, serves as KTA’s liaison with product manufacturers, and maintains the Group’s QA program.  Matt’s team members have all received multi-week Instrument Use training and are well qualified to assist customers with finding the appropriate instrument, instructing customers on instrument use, troubleshooting problems, and/or arranging for any necessary repairs. | Read full bio
